Public work takes four forms — software and tools for specific operators, a public agent that turns documents into structured analysis, published research with sources and dates, and open experiments that test what browsers and small teams can still do.

The lab is self-funded and revenue-disciplined. It ships small, verifies in public, and lets receipts — not claims — carry the weight.
